Privacy summary: We use account, purchase and technical information to deliver and protect the course service. We do not sell personal information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Shibari VIP websites, user accounts, course platform, support communications and related digital services.

It does not govern third-party websites that we do not control. Their privacy policies apply when you use those services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details such as email address, display name and authentication information.
  • Support requests, feedback and other communications.
  • Preferences, saved items, notes or progress information you choose to store.

Purchase information

We receive transaction details needed to activate access, such as product, amount, currency, payment status and order identifiers. Full payment card details are handled by the checkout or payment provider and are not stored by Shibari VIP.

Technical and usage information

  • IP address, browser type, device information and approximate region.
  • Pages viewed, feature interactions, session identifiers and timestamps.
  • Course access, playback and progress events needed to operate the service.
  • Security, diagnostic and error logs.

3. How we use information

Shibari VIP is intended for adults and is not directed to or marketed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
